RESIN FILM, METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME, POLARIZING PLATE, AND LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin film improved in film delamination from a support when producing the resin film by solution film-forming, and in durability of a polarizer.

SOLUTION: The resin film contains a resin and an organic acid, in an amount of 0.01-20 mass% of the resin, satisfying the followings: (1) containing a structure in which a polyhydric alcohol and a polycarboxylic acid are bonded forming an ester bond; (2) having the total number of molecule of the polyhydric alcohol and the polycarboxylic acid composing the compound being 3 or more; and (3) having at least one non-substituted carboxylic group derived from the polycarboxylic acid.
