<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner that allows a charge control agent remained on the surface of toner base particles even after application of heat or a mechanical hazard, has excellent low-temperature fixability and charge stability, and forms high-quality images without causing scumming or toner scattering and with less energy consumption. <P>SOLUTION: Toner for electrostatic charge image development has toner base particles granulated from an oil-phase aqueous-medium dispersion or emulsion containing a toner material, and is formed by externally adding fine particles to the toner base particles having a charge control agent on the surface thereof. The charge control agent is a fluorine-modified ammonium salt; and the fine particle has the surface treated with a fluorine-based silane coupling agent, and the average particle diameter of 80 nm or more and 150 nm or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
