<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire with a terminal having a reduced connection resistance, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The wire 10 with a terminal comprises: a wire 11 produced by covering a core wire 12 consisting of a plurality of twisted strands 14 made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy with an insulation coating 13; and a terminal 20 having a wire connection 22 to which the core wire 12 exposed by peeling the insulation coating 13 at the terminal of the wire 11 is crimped, and a terminal connection 21 for connection with the mating terminal.
