<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor memory which can improve its manufacturing efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor memory includes plural semiconductor chips, and a power terminal. The semiconductor chip includes a chip address terminal group to which a chip address is input, and a chip detection terminal group which detects N pieces of (N is an integer of 2 or more) the semiconductor chips as a group.
