The device has a part equipped with a primary induction element (34) and another part that is located on a motorized wheel (26) and equipped with a secondary induction element (32). The secondary element is adapted to cooperate with the primary element to create electromagnetic field and transform the field into induced current intended to recharge a traction electric battery. The latter part is fixed relative to a vehicle. The induction elements are coils. The parts are carried out in shape of disks and the coils are placed in a crown on the disks.
