<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device capable of expanding a dynamic range without color shift. <P>SOLUTION: A solid-state imaging device includes: pixels 10 configured to convert an electromagnetic wave into charge and output a signal corresponding to the amount of the charge; and a pixel unit in which the pixels 10 are two-dimensionally arranged. In the pixel unit, a configuration of portions of a transmission transistor 21 and a photodiode PD which convert the electromagnetic wave into the charge is the same in adjacent pixels 10, but a relation between the charge amount and the signal amount is allowed to differ between the adjacent pixels 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
