<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: there is the risk that an excessive load may be imposed on a protruding portion and an electric storage device fixing portion due to the deformation of the protruded portion subjected to an external force while the electric storage device remains fixed to a tip of the protruded portion by keeping a portion of a mounting plate for mounting the electric storage device protruded to the side of the electric storage device on bending. <P>SOLUTION: A structure for mounting the electric storage device includes the electric storage device (10) which performs charge and discharge, and the mounting plate (220) for mounting the electric storage device. The mounting plate includes plate bodies (221a-221c), supporting portions (222a and 222c), and a protrusion (223). The supporting portions are protruded to the side of the electric storage device from the plate bodies by bending, and the electric storage device is fixed to tips of the supporting portions.
