<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antidiabetic composition and a diet having different action mechanisms in antidiabetic effect to be more effective in prevention/amelioration of Type II diabetes. <P>SOLUTION: The antidiabetic composition is obtained by treating a fermentation product, which is prepared by fermenting at least a soybean protein/soybean proteins and rice bran, with a protease/proteases. The diet containing the antidiabetic composition is also provided. Preferably, the fermentation product is prepared by fermentation using at least one of Bacillus natto, Rhizopus oligosporus, lactic acid bacterium and yeast. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
