<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antidiabetic composition and a diet having different action mechanisms in antidiabetic effect to be more effective in prevention/amelioration of Type II diabetes. <P>SOLUTION: The antidiabetic composition is obtained by treating a fermentation product, which is prepared by fermenting at least a soybean protein/soybean proteins and rice bran, with a protease/proteases. The diet containing the antidiabetic composition is also provided.
