<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming method of a stretched film capable of reducing satisfactorily the non-uniformity of a thickness after stretching even in a film having poor accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: The forming method of the stretched film under the following conditions (i) and (ii); (i) stretching process is conducted up to 50 to 95% of the total stretching degree until a surface temperature of an acryl type polymer film becomes the maximum temperature from a temperature over a glass transition temperature (Tg); (ii) a stretching process is conducted up to 5 to 50% of the total stretching degree under reducing the surface temperature after a surface temperature of an acryl type polymer film reaches the maximum in the total process steps. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
