<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and system for performing improved access from a lateral face of a thread (104) loaded in a storage casing (102) to a storage device (106). <P>SOLUTION: Disclosed are a device and system for a thread in a storage casing that provides, when the thread is drawn out forward from the casing, access to a storage device (106) on each lateral face of the thread. A plurality of threads may be sealed in one casing in order to perform access to a portion of the storage device in the casing.
