PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spacer for a substrate guide which easily supports a substrate without deteriorating the strength of a housing.

SOLUTION: A spacer for a substrate guide 10 is used for supporting a substrate in a housing and includes: a columnar body 11; a support groove 13 which is provided on an upper surface of the columnar body 11 in a groove state and used for supporting the substrate; and an insertion part 12 which is continuously provided on a lower surface of the columnar body 11 and is press-fitted into an attachment hole of the housing.
