<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to notice useless power consumption of a cellular phone 10. <P>SOLUTION: The cellular phone 10 includes a display 30 capable of executing a TV viewing function and displaying GUI of the TV viewing function, and the like. For example, when the power of the display 30 is turned off with the TV viewing function executed, the voice of a TV program is output by BGM reproduction.
