<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hardly reduce a fixing strength of a waterproof sheet or a heat insulation material even when an external force such as wind pressure is received. <P>SOLUTION: In a waterproof sheet fixing structure, a plate-like heat insulation material 2 is laid on a bed 1 comprised of a metallic thin plate and a waterproof sheet 4 is mounted on the heat insulation material 3 through a fixing member 3. The fixing member 3 includes a penetrating part 3B which penetrates the heat insulation material 2, a first mounting part 3A which is provided in an upper end portion of the penetrating part 3B and to which the waterproof sheet 4 is mounted, and a second mounting part 3C which is provided in a lower end portion of the penetrating part 3B and mounted to the bed 1.
