<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base station, a wireless communication system, and a wireless communication method which can detect failure of the base station in an early stage. <P>SOLUTION: A base station 10 communicates with a mobile station 20. The base station 10 comprises an RF unit 12 and a failure determination unit 112. The RF unit 12 transmits data to be decrypted to the mobile station 20, and also receives signals (NACK: Negative ACKnowledgement) indicating data decryption failure from the mobile station 20. When the signals are received by the RF unit 12, the failure determination unit 112 estimates quality of a wireless channel between the base station 10 and the mobile station 20, and determines whether the base station 10 has failure according to the estimated quality. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
