<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication method which performs flexible traffic load distribution according to network traffic as well as wireless traffic, and also can shorten a time of a communication disabled state of a wireless terminal in a base station area having failure when the failure occurs. <P>SOLUTION: A network I/F 1 periodically measures a network traffic amount. When the measured network traffic amount increases and exceeds a threshold, a control unit 4 refers to a transmission output level correspondence table stored in a storage unit 5 on the basis of output from the network I/F 1, and instructs a wireless I/F 2 to decrease a transmission output level, then the wireless I/F 2 decreases the transmission output level. At the same time, to neighboring base stations, the control unit 4 transmits signals indicating that its own station increases the transmission output level in order to cover an area range which becomes outside of communication area of its own station due to the decrease of the transmission output level. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
