<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle steering device that suppresses the variation of a steering position such as a tilting position and a telescoped position. <P>SOLUTION: A cam 46 for telescoping to which an engagement member 70 having an engagement part 71a and an engagement part 71b that are engaged with portions of a plurality of teeth 25a, 26a is fit is provided at a bolt 41.
