<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive agent which is excellent in heat resistance and wet heat resistance stability, and does not have corrosiveness to a metal or a metal oxide, and to provide an adhesive sheet and a laminate for touch panels, which are obtained by using the adhesive sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The adhesive agent contains: 100 pts.wt. of a (meth)acrylic polymer (A); 1-30 pts.wt. of at least one type (B) selected from the group comprising nonionic surfactants and polyalkylene glycols; and 0.05-10 pts.wt. of an isocyanate-based cross-linking agent (C). The (meth)acrylic polymer (A) is obtained by copolymerizing a monomer (on condition that the total of monomers is 100 wt.%) including: (a-1) 20-99.4 wt.% of alkoxyalkyl (meth)acrylate; (a-2) 0.5-10 wt.% of a monomer having a cross-linking functional group; and (a-3) 0.1-5 wt.% of a hydrogen bonding monomer; wherein the (meth)acrylic polymer (A) has no acidic group substantially and has the weight-average molecular weight of ≥50,000 and <400,000. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
