PURPOSE: A method for maturing dendritic cells is provided to differentiate immature cells into mature dendritic cells and to effectively activate immune response in human body. CONSTITUTION: A composition for inducing dendritic cell maturation contains Rv0315 protein as an active ingredient. The protein is derived from M. tuberculosis. A method for inducing maturation of immature dendritic cells comprises: a step of adding GM-SCF and interleukin-4 and differentiating monocytes isolated from blood to immature dendritic cells; and a step of treating the immature dendritic cells with Rv0315. The concentration of Rv0315 is 1-200 ug/ml. |
