PURPOSE: A water bath is provided to prevent the leakage of vapor while cooking by fixing a pressure packing firmly. CONSTITUTION: A water bath comprises a main body(60), a cover(70), a bathing container, an inner pot, and a pressure packing member(100). A heating unit is installed in the main body. The cover forms a sealed space. The bathing container is installed in the sealed space. The pressure packing member is installed between the inner surface of the cover and the upper edge portion of the inner pot. The pressure packing seals the inner space between the inner pot and the cover. |
