PURPOSE: A device for manufacturing a film with a micro pattern and the film thereof are provided to facilitate to mold the various standardized seam units of a micro pattern with a simple operation by easily replacing a roll mold with different standardized seam units of a device. CONSTITUTION: A device for manufacturing a film with a micro pattern comprises a film transferring unit(2000), a resin coating unit(3000), a belt mold(4000), and a hardening unit(6000). The resin coating unit coats a curing resin(3200) on the surface of a film on the transferring route of the film. The belt molding unit molds a micro pattern which is formed in a belt mold(5000) to the curing resin by compressing the belt mold on the surface which is coated with the curing resin. The hardening unit hardens the curing resin on which the micro pattern is molded.
