PURPOSE: An apparatus for weaving a velvet fabric using a dobby loom is provided to ensure uniform tension. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for weaving a velvet fabric using a dobby loom comprises an opening device and a heald frame(20). The opening device opens the heald frame comprising 4 sheets of the heald frame(20a) for the bottom and 4 sheets of the heald frame(20b) for pile yarn. The heald frame for pile yarn forms pile on the bottom. A speed control roller(31) controls feeding rat of pile yarn supplied from bean for pile yarn. |
