PURPOSE: A multiple grilling plate is provided to grilling meat or fish by using the inner heat of the multiple grilling plate without smoke. CONSTITUTION: A multiple grilling plate(100) comprises an upper plate(110), a lower plate(120), and a cover lid(130). A plurality of discharging port(112) for dropping oil from meat or fish is formed on the upper plate. The lower plate comprises a support groove part for accommodating the oil from meat or fish dropped from the discharging port. One side of the support groove part comprises a through hole(122) for heat flow. The lower plate is connected to a water container and stores water. The cover lid prevents the waste radiation of heat of the upper plate. |
