PURPOSE: A call statement extracting and tracking system and a method thereof are provided to rapidly extract call statement information by processing call statement files which are different from each other. CONSTITUTION: One or more communication company service systems(100) provide a call statement file for call information corresponding to a request of a user terminal to a call statement analysis system(300). The call statement analysis system extracts call statement information from the call statement file. The call statement analysis system analyzes a correlation between the call statement information. The call statement analysis system visualizes the analyzed result. The call statement analysis system provides the visualized information to the user terminal.
