PURPOSE: A paper dust removal machine and a teller machine are provided to efficiently remove paper dust. CONSTITUTION: A medium input and output(IO) unit(110,120) leads in or draws out a medium. A medium storage unit(150) stores a medium. A return unit returns a medium. A dust removal machine sucks paper dust of a returned medium by the return unit. The dust removal machine includes a tape preparing an adhesive material for paper dust suction in one side and a winding roller in which a tape is winded.
