PURPOSE: A beam unit and a road traffic facility support unit thereof are provided to reinforce the horizontal beam on which a traffic light and a traffic sign are installed without damaging the exterior of a pillar supporting the traffic light and the traffic sign. CONSTITUTION: A road traffic facility support unit(1) includes a post(100) installed on the roadside and a beam unit. The beam unit includes a beam(200) and a reinforcement plate(300). The beam is installed on a pillar at right angles to the pillar, mounted with a traffic light or traffic sign and composed of a hollow(210) formed inside and a through hole(220) formed discontinuously in a longitudinal direction. The reinforcement plate is extended towards a longitudinal direction of the beam unit and inserted into the hollow to be welded into the through-hole.
