<p>PURPOSE: A sol-gel kit for manufacturing a biochip and a method for manufacturing the biochip using the same are provided to obtain uniform biochips without a pretreatment process. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a biochip comprises: a step (a) of mixing SolBH(solution I) selected from the group consisting of HCl, H_2SO_4, HNO_3, and CH_3OOH with a sol composition containing SolB1, SolB2, and SolB3; a step (b) of mixing SolBS and distilled water with a solution prepared at step (a) and stabilizing at -20 deg. C - 4 deg. C; and a step (c) of mixing the stabilized solution with a solution containing a biological substance which interacts with a target biological substance and injecting in a substrate.</p> |
