SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PROCESSING BIO INFORMATION ANALYSIS PIPELINE

PURPOSE: A life information analysis pipeline processing system and a method thereof are provided to generate and process a life information analysis pipeline according to a life information analysis method which a user wants. CONSTITUTION: A cloud resource supply device(4026) installs a VM(Virtual Machine) image including an analysis task for life information data in a cloud service device. A server(4020) receives a life information analysis pipeline and meta information about the VM image from a client(4010) and extracts ID information of the VM image mapped with the meta information in order to sequentially direct the analysis task according to an execution position of the analysis task in the VM image. The server is liked with the cloud resource supply device to execute the analysis pipeline and to synchronize a task state and an outcome. A database(4040) stores the meta information and the ID information of the VM image.
