<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric appliance that can reduce average film resistance of a transparent conductive film included in an EL element. <P>SOLUTION: An electric appliance comprises a plurality of EL elements each comprising: an electrode 105, a transparent conductive film 108, and an EL layer 107 sandwiched between the electrode 105 and the transparent conductive film 108.
