<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create renewable energy industry by developing a new technique using the rotation of a water turbine while using renewable water, although there is a technique of obtaining electric energy by rotating a water turbine with water heretofore, it cannot solve the atmospheric pollution/global warming issue in an electric power generation business using fossil fuel. <P>SOLUTION: A height difference is utilized. A discharge water tank 2 and a water supply tank 1 are provided, and are connected with a U-shape conduit 3. A plurality of water turbines 4 are provided in the conduit to drive gears 8.
