<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric blind capable of lifting/lowering a blind not to cause a displacement between a blind stop position and each step position. <P>SOLUTION: An electric blind 100 relating to the present invention, which includes a lifting/lowering position detection part, a lifting/lowering speed determination part and a storage part 7, lifts/lowers a blind by setting a blind lifting/lowering speed equal to or lower than an upper limit lifting/lowering speed. The lifting/lowering position detection part detects a position of the blind lifted/lowered by an electric motor 31. The lifting/lowering speed determination part determines the lifting/lowering speed, which does not cause a displacement between a blind stop position detected by the lifting/lowering position detection part and each step position, as the upper limit lifting/lowering speed by increasing/decreasing the blind lifting/lowering speed, when the blind is stopped in a phased manner between upper-limit and lower-limit positions of the blind.
