<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer compound which is useful for the production of an organic transistor having high field effect mobility. <P>SOLUTION: The polymer compound contains a structural unit comprising an arylene group or a divalent aromatic heterocyclic group and at least one kind of structural unit selected from the group consisting of structural units represented by formula (1-1) to formula (1-3).
