<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To comprehensibly provide organization dynamic information to a number of members on a customer side without receiving personal information such as individual names from customers, when an organization dynamic analysis service is carried out by using a sensor. <P>SOLUTION: After receiving sensor data associated with an ID from customer sites and carrying out organization analysis on a service provider side, organization analysis data carried out on the basis of the ID is fed back to the customer sites. When a customer browses these organization analysis data, the ID is converted to personal information in accordance with a conversion table from the ID designated in advance on a customer side to the personal information (individual names) in a service gateway set at the customer sites, thereby the organization analysis data is provided to the customers as comprehensible information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
