<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate increase in transmission delay while preventing up-sizing of circuitry and device scale, by reducing the processing load when optimizing the filtering. <P>SOLUTION: Filter evaluation means 11 in a filter selection section 10 calculates the similarity between a new filter and a past filter by using new filter information generated from a filter design section 113, and past filter information stored in a filter buffer 117, and then calculates an evaluation value for each filter type of new filters on the basis of the similarity. Filter evaluation determination means 12 selects the new filter as a processing object of a filtering optimization section 20 if the evaluation value for each filter type reaches or goes above a threshold T<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, otherwise removes the new filter from the processing object of the filtering optimization section 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
