PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid run-out of a residual amount before an arrival of consumables for replacement.

SOLUTION: A print condition setting unit 237 that is an MFP capable of communicating with a server PC in a service center via a network performs serviceman call for requesting replacement of a toner cartridge. When receiving information on a scheduled visit day, the print condition setting unit 237 sets a print condition to a default setting for resource saving for reducing toner consumption during a visit waiting period that is a period until the scheduled visit day.
