<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing simulation device capable of calculating cutting resistance with high accuracy by simulation. <P>SOLUTION: The processing simulation device includes: a simulation section 32 for calculating an estimate of cutting resistance F by simulation on the basis of a cutting length b, cutting amount h and a cutting multiplier K, which are acquired from a processing condition; a resistance detection sensor 33 for detecting actual cutting resistance F during actual processing; and an actual cutting multiplier calculation section 34 for comparing the estimate of the cutting resistance F calculated using a provisional cutting multiplier K set in advance in the simulation section 32 with the actual cutting resistance F detected by the resistance detection sensor 33 to calculate the actual cutting multiplier K. The simulation section 32 calculates the estimate of the cutting resistance F using the actual cutting multiplier K calculated by the actual cutting multiplier calculation section 34 after the actual cutting multiplier K is calculated in the actual cutting multiplier calculation section 34. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
