摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent over-discharge of an electric energy storage means during a power running operation or overcharge of the electric energy storage means during a regeneration operation. <P>SOLUTION: In a drive control device for a railway vehicle, in which a regeneration braking force is increased by increasing a voltage to be applied to an inverter device by adding an output voltage of a voltage adjustment means to a DC power supply voltage (overhead wire voltage), an operation of a current control means is started prior to the start of a power running operation or a regeneration operation of the inverter device, and the operation of the current control means is stopped later than the stopping of the power running operation or the regeneration operation of the inverter device when the inverter device stops the power running operation or the regeneration operation. Thereby, the current control means is surely operated at least during the operation period of the inverter device, so that the output voltage (current flowing through the electric energy storage means) of the voltage adjustment means is adjusted by the current control means, to thereby prevent the over-discharge during power running operation or the overcharge during regeneration operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
