摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device enabling a user who is not an expert to easily and promptly measure a position of a turbine assembling stationary component. <P>SOLUTION: A position measuring device includes: a laser light source portion 1 for emitting a laser beam 21 along a rotation center of a turbine; a reflecting and transparent mirror 33 disposed at an inclination angle of 45 degrees to an optical axis of the laser beam, and reflecting a part of the outgoing laser beam at an angle of 90 degrees to be emitted to a stationary component 11 of the turbine; a first light-receiver 34 for receiving the laser beam passing through the mirror; a second light-receiver 35 for receiving the laser beam emitted to the stationary component to reflect and passing through the reflecting and transparent mirror; a housing 31 for storing the reflecting and transparent mirror, the first light-receiver, and a second light-receiver; and a control computing device 2 for computing a distance from the laser light source portion to the stationary component along the rotation center, and a distance from the rotation center to a surface of the stationary component, by computing a received signal.
