<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel work takeout system capable of reducing a suction failure of a panel work by a simple method such as changing a teaching program without adding particular additional equipment. <P>SOLUTION: A control device of the panel work takeout system 1 executes a sucking operation in which an arm tip 21 moves and then a plurality of sucking sections 41A, 41B suck the panel work 8, a determination operation for determining whether or not a sucking operation detecting sensor has detected a sucked state within a given length of time after starting the sucking operation, and a takeout operation for moving the arm tip 21 to take out the panel work 8 from a pallet 7 when having detected the sucked state within a given length of time in the determination operation. Furthermore, when not having detected the sucked state within a given length of time in the determination operation, the control device carries out, with the sucking operation continued, a correcting operation for correcting a posture of the arm tip 21 so that a specific sucking section 41A moves nearer to the panel work 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
