PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a mattress supporting board using a corrugated cardboard, and a mattress supporting board manufactured by the method are provided to facilitate installation, storing and carrying of a mattress supporting board by a lightened weight. CONSTITUTION: A mattress supporting board using a corrugated cardboard comprises: a corrugated cardboard(1) cut to have a vertical honeycomb pattern; a finish sheet(2) adhered to the top and bottom of the corrugated cardboard; a finishing material(3) adhered to sides of the corrugated cardboard; a fabric(4) adhered to the finishing sheet on one side of the corrugated cardboard; and a hardened resin surface layer(5). The hardened resin surface layer is a dried hardened unsaturated polyester resin surface.
