PURPOSE: A tray device for a vehicle is provide to increase a storage space of a tray housing and to exclude opeartion interference by applying an upward opening structure. CONSTITUTION: A tray device(10) for a vehicle comprises a tray housing(100), a tray cover(200), a rail unit(300), a guide(310), a post, an elastic member(400), a hinge cover(500), and a damper. The tray housing comprises an opening unit at the front side and a storage space in the inside. The tray cover is arranged at the front side of the tray housing and opens and closes the opening unit by rotation by the rail unit. The rail unit is rotatably arranged at both sides of the tray housing and one end portion is combined at the rear side of the tray cover. The guide is individually coupled to both sides of the tray housing, is formed to correspond to the rail unit, and guides a rotation path of the rail unit. The post is individually coupled at both sides of the tray housing and limits the rotation of the rail unit. The elastic member is individually arranged at both sides of the tray housing and upwardly rotates the rail unit. The hinge cover is individually coupled at both sides of the tray housing and prevents from disengage of the rail unit. The damper is connected to the rail unit and prevents the rail unit from rapidly rotating upward by an elastic force of the elastic member.
