<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive device of a vehicle that can contribute downsizing of the device while being capable of suppressing complication of drive mode control. <P>SOLUTION: A drive device 2 includes a lock mechanism 35 that selectively locks an internal combustion engine 3 or a first motor generator 4.
