<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To call required individual information without hindrance while ensuring security. <P>SOLUTION: In a business support server 1 including a visit schedule database and a business management database, a visit schedule list in which names of customers to be visited on the day are arranged in a visit order is prepared for each business day and each person in charge of public relations, and it is transmitted to a portable terminal 3 used by the person in charge of public relations. In the portable terminal 3, the received visit schedule list is displayed, then the individual information of the customer is downloaded from the server 1 according to an operation of selecting one customer name in the list, and an information input screen for the customer is displayed. Thereafter, information of a visit record or the like is inputted while receiving transmission of the individual information from the server 1 appropriately, and the input information is transmitted to the server 1 according to a transmission operation. In the server 1 which receives the transmission of the information, the received information is preserved in the business management database.
