<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate detaching a valve pin unit relative to a nozzle body. <P>SOLUTION: A flat part 5b and a circular arc part 6 are formed by partially cutting and lacking the outside of a body side connection 5 of which profile in a nozzle body 1 side has a cylindrical shape. A pin hole 8 extending in a radial direction is provided in a circular arc part 6. A small diameter level difference part 7 extending in a circumferential direction is provided in a body side connection part 5. An inward flange part 13 and a pin 14 extending inward in the radial direction are provided in an annular valve pin unit side connection 12 of the valve pin unit 10. A notch part 15 inward is formed by partially cut and lack the flange part 13. The notch part 15 of a valve pin unit 10 side is positioned to the circular arc part 6 of the nozzle body 1 side, the valve pin unit 10 is rotated, the inward flange part 13 is engaged to the small diameter level difference part 7, and the pin 14 of the valve pin unit 10 side is drawably inserted in the pin hole 8 of the nozzle body 1 side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
