<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite panel molded body, in which sufficient mounting axial force by a bolt body for tightening and fixing can be obtained, and which can be fixed with high accuracy of assembling, and in which the mounting axial force is not decreased even during usage. <P>SOLUTION: The composite panel molded body comprises a composite panel having a thermoplastic resin foam material sandwiched between a pair of metal plates opposing to each other. The composite panel molded body includes: a compression-formed part which is, in a peripheral edge of a through-hole penetrating the composite panel, formed by compressing the pair of metal plates to be abutted on each other; a mounting member, which has a flange portion, a shaft body extending from a principal surface of the flange portion, and a protruding portion disposed on an outer circumferential surface of the shaft body, is inserted from the top end of the shaft body into the through-hole, and is disposed to position the composite panel between the protruding portion and the principal surface of the flange portion; and a washer body, which has an inner hole and has a thickness at least protruding from the composite panel when imparted by inserting into the shaft body of the mounting member and by climbing over the protruding portion to be placed on an inner bottom surface of the compression-formed part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
