摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a curl mat is provided to remarkably reduce the use amount of glue, thereby providing an eco-friendly effect and reducing manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a curl mat includes as follows: a wound curl and a molded base mat are mutually compressed with heat fusion through a compressing roller so that the curl mat is manufactured. A halogen lamp heats the adhering surfaces of the base mat and the curl for the heat fusion before the curl and the base mat are mutually compressed, and then the curl digs into the base mat and is inserted into the base mat so that the curl is firmly fixed to the base mat(S117) in case of cooling.
