PURPOSE: A scintillator panel, and a manufacturing method thereof, and a radiation detector with the same are provided to obtain high radiation transmittance by utilizing a ceramic substrate of an atom which has atomic number lower than aluminum, thereby improving the detection efficiency of the radiation. CONSTITUTION: A scintillator panel(10) comprises a support substrate(100) and a scintillator layer(120). The scintillator layer is formed on one surface of the support substrate and converts radiation into visible rays. The support substrate includes ceramic materials composed of one or more atoms which have atomic numbers lower than aluminum.
