PURPOSE: A power plant power management system and a managing method thereof are provided to determine whether an event is generated in real time using multiple electric quality meters. CONSTITUTION: A communication part(120) receives electricity quality data from multiple electricity quality meters(10). The multiple electricity quality meters are installed inside a power plant. A determining part(130) uses electricity quality meter data for determining whether an event is occurred. An analyzing part(140) analyzes the occurrence time of an event, the degree of danger, an occurring path, an occurring order, and duration. A display part(150) displays the analyzed result of event of the analyzing part according to the control of a control part(110).
