ELECTROPHORETIC PARTICLE AND METHOD FOR FABRICATING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An electrophoretic particle and a manufacturing method are provided to increase distribution stability of the electrophoretic particle in an electrophoretic display pixel. CONSTITUTION: An electrophoresis particle(100) includes a core structure(15). The core structure includes a mother particle(10) and a plurality of child particles(20) on a surface of the mother particle. The plurality of child particles extends the whole surface area of the core structure in three dimensions and is separated from each other. A lot of polymer-dispersed layers is combined corresponding to provision of a polymer-dispersed layer(30) to the core structure. Density of the particles is reduced. Mobility and bistability of the particles are improved.
