PURPOSE: A tap block of a tap hole discharging molten metal and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to integrally form a monel pipe inside the tap block. CONSTITUTION: A tap block(10) of a tap hole discharging molten metal comprises a body unit(20) and a monel pipe(30). The body unit has a channel shape for covering the tap hole and cast in copper. The monel pipe comprises a plurality of horizontal pipes and a monel. The horizontal pipe is integrally formed inside the body unit, forms a cooling channel, and forms a horizontal channel of the cooling channel. The monel includes a plurality of vertical pipes, which forms a vertical channel of the cooling channel, and a plurality of curved pipes which connects the horizontal channel and the vertical channel.
