PURPOSE: A controller for a vehicle air conditioner is provided to make the curved movement of a knob possible with a simple structure without additional parts, thereby manufacturing the knob of various forms suitable to the demand of a client. CONSTITUTION: A controller for a vehicle air conditioner comprises a control cover(110) and a switch. The control cover is installed in a center fascia panel of a vehicle. The switch is installed in the control cover, thereby operating a cable(160) controlling the doors of the air conditioner. The switch includes a hinge shaft(170), a lever(130), a detent device(140), and a knob(150). The hinge shaft is joined to one side of a support frame(115) to be detachable. The lever includes a knob joint(131) and a cable joint(133), and a portion of the lever between the knob joint and the cable joint is joined to the hinge shaft to be rotatable. The decent device is installed between a hinge joint of the hinge shaft and a lever. The knob is penetrated through the control cover in the outer side of the control cover, thereby joining to the knob joint of the lever.
